This global company designs safety critical systems used by aerospace and defence organisations in harsh environments. As Electronic Architect you will be responsible for defining the requirements for complex electro-mechanical systems including electrical interface, power design and power budgets.
Job
Definition of optimal architectures for all systems and subsystems including electrical and interfaces. Processor and OS decisions, databus and routings recommendations, Power system and power budget responsibility. You will also be tasked with producing plans and statements of work and managing in term of cost, quality and performance.
Person
You are likely to be Degree qualified, or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related subject with significant experience. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a broad understanding of other technical disciplines including safety and systems engineering.
Technologies you will be exposed to in this role include: Digital Electronics - FPGAs, Microprocessors, Firmware, Analogue including Baseband and RF Electronics; Power Electronics and image processing
