A professional, exciting and expanding organisation in the Broad Street area of Birmingham are actively seeking a number of Graduate Researchers and Researchers to join their successful Research department. The organisation conduct investigative questioning on behalf of the government and public sector. We are looking for bright graduates or experienced candidates that can start and work on an ongoing temporary basis. Telephone based experience is preferred, however not essential.

The role will involve engaging in scripted interviews, asking open questions and gathering data on behalf of the government with individuals such as senior management that are in the public or private sector.

Ideal applicants will have excellent data entry skills, MS Word skills and an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to work on your own initiative, be a fast learner and be flexible.
