Our client, a globally established packaging design and production agency are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to be responsible for upholding and developing client relationships ad consistently ensuring the delivery of high calibre projects.
The Role
• Liaise with clients regarding both existing and forthcoming projects
• Plan projects accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure that all project details are documented
• Line-manage two junior team members
• Ensure that all costing information is correct
You will:
• Have a good understanding of reprographics, print and the FMCG customer service industry
• Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the packaging graphics industry
• Have strong management skills
• Be highly organised
• Have a good technical knowledge of various printing processes, including flexo, Gravure and Litho
