One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic contract opportunities as Graduate Customer Administrator within the financial services industry for an important client in Bristol.
As a Graduate Customer Administrator, you will:
- Provide customer service support on a daily basis and arranging meetings
- Analyse and ensure compliance of client and customer documentation
- Follow company processes and procedures relating to DPA (Data Protection Act)
- Update and capture relevant data to the CRM system
- Providing accurate advice and support to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to FSA guidelines at all times.
To be a successful Graduate Customer Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
- This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree from a UK University or someone who has recently left college
- Degree from a UK University
- Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
- Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation
- Strong ability with Word and Excel
- Extremely professional, well-presented and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs
- Must be able to travel to Bristol for this role and be available for the duration of the project.
You will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check and clear Credit Check for this project.
The Graduate Customer Administrator will be working Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
In return, the Graduate Customer Administrator will receive a salary of GBP90 per day (circa GBP21,500 per annum) for a period of initially 4-6 months but highly likely to extend further.
