Job Description:

Will include assisting the customers with their purchases and ensuring the customer has the best shopping experience possible. Full training is provided, but previous retail experience could be an advantage. A genuine interest in Aquatics, Pets and Reptiles is a prerequisite.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are necessary to fit in with our team. Competence with numbers, POS or Computer knowledge.

Job Requirements:

Enthusiasm for our animals, their welfare, and enjoyment of the retail experience along with adaptability to training the successful applicant will be able to develop quickly.

Our shop is designed to create the elite shopping experience. We deliver a retail superstore that customers praise for its cleanliness and organisation you need to be able to maintain an efficient, high standard of customer service.

Initiative – We are looking for a fast learner with a desire to advance, able to take the initiative and contribute well to the team dynamic.

Work ethic – Maintain a positive attitude, show professionalism, teamwork, responsibility, consistent punctuality, accountability.

Safety Awareness – Follow all company and shop safety guidelines as required.
