The Specialist Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst (Tier 3) Opportunity:

Aligned to one of the Service Desk Account Teams, the Specialist Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst (T3) will be the escalation point for the Service Desk Analysts in an Account Team for all technologies. The Specialist Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will work changes, events, incidents, problems and service requests for customers assigned to the Account team. Where appropriate, the role-holder will further escalate cases to the Specialist Support Analysts.

The working hours for the role will be Account Team specific but will be between 7am – 7pm. There is an on-call requirement for the role of 1:3 weeks.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate:


+ Will be eligible to live and work in the UK.
+ Will have a full UK/EU driving licence.
+ Pass PES check within 30 days
+ Will be able to work under pressure

Appropriate competencies for this role:

+ Microsoft Windows Operating Systems inc. Active Directory, Group Policy)
+ Virtualisation (e.g. Vmware, MS Hyper-V)
+ Enterprise Storage (e.g. Netapp, Dell EqualLogic)
+ Microsoft Exchange
+ Networking (basic configuration of firewalls, routers and switches)
+ Citrix
