My client a successful, growing commercial grounds maintenance company based in the Lancashire area have been established for over 30 years, which initially started as a family company but have expanded greatly and are now holding multi-million pound contracts across the whole of the UK.
With the companies teams growing rapidly due to new contracts that have been won they are currently looking to recruit experienced Arborist / Tree Surgeons to carry out work in and around the area of Yeovil.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be working as part of a two-man operations team supported by our dedicated contract teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in a wide variety of tree work to include large trees, rigging and reduction work.
* Experience and knowledge of strict Health & Safety operations and its practical implications
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
* NPTC units CS30, CS31, CS38 & CS39
* A minimum of 3 years arboriculture experience
* Woodchipper certification
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria:
* Trailer licence
* Utility Arb qualifications
* PA1 PA6
* MEWP certification
* Manual Handling certification
* First Aid certification
* Grounds Maintenance certifications
