What does an Insurance Advisor do?
- Makes a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calls)
- Builds relationships with customers and identifies needs through open conversations
- Manages the customers' expectations based on their individual circumstances
- Recommends suitable products or packages
- Protects families against difficulty, both financially and personally
What does an Insurance Advisor need?
- A passion for helping customers
- Intelligence, with the ability think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- A positive outlook and emotional resilience
