A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a Developer based in Central Hertfordshire. Focusing on quality residential builds this is a well established business with a strong reputation.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience and hold relevant qualifications.
Project experience as a Estimator / Quantity Surveyor will be within the property sectors, ideally with exposure to residential projects - expertise in traditional build and RC Frame work will also be considered an advantage
You must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
