TO START AT THE END OF JUNE 2017
Our current bookkeeper is hoping to retire soon, so we are looking for somebody to work alongside her for a while and hopefully lead to a smooth transition.
Ideally, we would like applicants to be:
Experienced in using Sage 50 to year end draft accounts
Able to manage Debtors/Creditors Ledgers
Familiar with and able to operate Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
Able to reconcile Bank Accounts
Familiar with and able to manage a Factoring Account
Undertake VAT Reporting
Required experience:
Bookkeeping using Sage Line 50: 1 year
CIS Tax Scheme
Also, a good understanding and a proactive approach to cash flow management will be essential. Cash Flow forecasting is very much part of the job.
The hours of work are open to discussion, but certainly in the short-term, the job will be part time. Rate of pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
