We have an exciting new customer support centre opening in our Sheffield store and we’re looking for Customer Support Centre Co-workers to join our new team.
We are the world’s largest home furnishings retailer with 20 stores in the UK, stores in over 30 countries and over 137,000 Co-workers. At IKEA we value working in a diverse and inclusive environment. Here you can always be yourself - in fact we actively encourage it! We are looking for people who can be the voice of IKEA, to build excellent rapport with our customers. You’ll be comfortable in identifying home furnishing needs, offering alternative solutions where necessary and be confident in discussing IKEA’s product range - all with the aim of offering first contact resolution.
As a business we are renowned for, and proud of, our company ethics and values - which we all live by. These include: lead by example, togetherness, caring for people and planet, cost-consciousness and simplicity. At IKEA we apply our values to everything we do.
