This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and growing accountancy practice based in Surrey. They have a great office atmosphere and provide a great service to their clients and they are looking to expand the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns on IRIS Accounts Production and IRIS Business Tax
- Preparing and reviewing self assessment tax returns on IRIS Personal Tax
- Handling client queries
Key skills:
- Proficient in usual Microsoft office products including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using accounts production and tax software e.g. IRIS/CCH/Sage
- Knowledge of various bookkeeping packages to be able to download data and advise clients, e.g. Sage, Quickbooks, Xero and Freeagent
Experience
They are looking for someone with at least 4 years practice experience to manage a client portfolio. The ideal candidate would have at least one year post qualification experience in a small accountancy practice.
Office based in Leatherhead and clients are all in the local area including South London so the candidate should be happy to travel up to an hour to get to clients if required.
