Our client is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially "good" and aim to be an "outstanding" educational provider in the next two years.

The Theatre at The Institute is a 200 hundred capacity, fully functioning theatre with full integrated sound and lighting rig. The ideal candidate will have experience in both set up and operation of sound and lighting, and an ability to work closely with directors and clients to ensure that their performance is fully covered to the highest standard.

We accommodate a wide variety of events and performances within the theatre from professional show runs to community groups, we welcome interest from any experienced engineer that can work efficiently, professionally and as part of a dynamic team.

In return for your experience and skills we can offer good rates of pay, pension membership (TPS) and access to a wide range of other Group benefits. Also if you are looking to progress to more permanent roles then this can be a great first step.
