We have fixed term opportunities full and part time, within South Wales and North Wales (Conwy, Flintshire or Denbighshire).

Are you interested in working in partnership with businesses and employers to help identify how they can engage with education  to raise learners awareness of the changing nature of the world of work, the skills needed and the opportunities that are available?

The successful applicant will identify, establish and sustain positive relationships with a network of employers and their professional bodies to support the delivery of employer engagement services.

The Trainee Business Engagement Adviser will possess excellent communication skills to liaise with employers and colleagues ensuring all employer engagement services are coordinated, recorded and managed accordingly. The successful applicant should be educated to degree level or equivalent standard such as professional qualifications or demonstrable experience of liaising and dealing with employers. Trainee Business Engagement Advisers will complete the Level 6 Diploma in Business Engagement. This is a degree-level vocational qualification, which will be completed in the work place, but will require independent learning in the learner’s own time.
