Sales Assistant

This refrigeration company is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator.

The Role
- Planning and coordinating work scheduling for the sales team within a busy service department.
- Coordinating Maintenance & Service quotes and updating the sales team & service Manager in a timely manner.
- Report the level of sales within the business to the sales team & service manager.
- Coordinate customer enquiries to specific sales individuals ensuring they followed through by the sales team.
- Issue Maintenance & service contract renewals to customers at the required deadline, liaising with the client & sales team.
- Investigate the possibility of new sales leads & implement.
- Ensuring the sales team maintain & focus on the face to face client liaison.
- Monitor monthly meetings and arrange with the relevant people.
- Respond to site issues within a timely manner.
- Maintain and update information in regards to current & ongoing maintenance database.
- Attend client sales meetings to discuss renewed business & new (assisted by the sales team & service managers).
- Develop good working relationship with clients and liaising with them, where required.
- Develop good working relationships with the engineers, admin staff & sale team.
- To comply with requirements of Health and Safety Practices outlined in the company Health and Safety procedure.
- Other related duties as assigned or requested by the Service Manager.

Skills & Knowledge

- Have a strong character to ensure timings and deadlines are controlled
- Be personable with the ability to develop and build professional relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients alike
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
