The Grimsby Institute Group is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially "good" and aim to be an "outstanding" educational provider in the next two years.

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual with a genuine passion and understanding for the development of Health Care qualifications. The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level or higher, preferably have experience within the sector and understands the requirements of programmes of study in Higher Education. It would be beneficial but not essential for the candidate to understand FE and the ability to progress. The successful candidate will join a 'good' team and should be capable of developing outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.

Health Care Industries is a strong and growing curriculum area with sustained high performance. A fully inclusive curriculum including Access Courses and Level 4 through to Level 6 is managed and delivered by a team of passionate and dedicated teaching and technical support teams. They utilise a range of teaching and assessment strategies to deliver a range of courses within the Health Care sector and includes a number of Nursing courses, mental health and counselling. Excellent facilities are provided including the provision for the development of clinical skills through a specialist resource provision. We work closely with a range of Health Care partners who support academically and through work placements. Involvement in key strategic groups such as the Talent Academy and Humber Coast Steering group amongst others is a feature of the Institute's commitment to the sector. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a teaching commitment.

In return for your experience and skills we can offer good rates of pay, pension membership (TPS) and access to a wide range of other Group benefits.
