Customer Service Advisor ( Rental )
Position
The role of Customer Service Advisor (Rental) is based at our Oadby branch located just off the A6 South of Leicester.
Duties
• Providing first point of contact for potential or existing hirers
• Assisting clients with quotations and advice
• Processing Reservations via Telephone , Internet, E-Mail and at Branch
• Organising vehicle Deliveries/Collections to corporate clients
• Prioritise driver/checker duties
• Assist in maintaining high customer service standards
• Co-ordinate with other locations and service depot
• Preparing Invoices and processing payments
• General Admin Tasks in branch
Requirements
• Possess good Organisational and Communications skills
• Able to work on own initiative or as part of the team
• Able to be accurate and maintain high customer service levels
• Competent IT skills
• An understanding of Rental is an advantage but not essential
• Full UK drivers licence
Terms
Permanent Part-Time contract
Hours
8.30 - 5.30 / 3 or 4 days per week
Fixed / variable days (Includes 2 Saturday's per month)
Some holiday cover may be required
Salary
£ 7.95 - £ 8.50 per hour (equivalent £ 10,335 - £ 14,586 p.a )
Training
Full in house training on product knowledge, Bespoke Software systems and policy / procedures will be provided.
External Industry training course's where necessary.
