You'll be working for an International Marketing organisation who work alongside leading brands, employing 800 experts worldwide.
As an Account Executive Apprentice you will be responsible for working closely with clients, suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications and on time in line with SLA's.
You will manage projects, deliver excellent customer service and deliver the day to day production of contractual print requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical input and advice on print projects
- Take briefs from clients, making sure all data is captured correctly
- Brief suppliers on client requirements
- Ensure activity is recorded
- Maintain understanding of the services you provide and reiterate this to clients
- Implement new methods as required
- Manage and fulfill client expectations
- Manage day to day operational requirements
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
Qualities/requirements
- Our client is looking for a consistently reliable and confident individual with a passion for customer service and client faced work to join their team
- Thinking outside the box is welcome and you will have every opportunity to be creative and change working practices and processes
- You will need to have the ability to build relationships and be a team player whilst wanting to achieve as much as possible for the team yet having a desire to also develop yourself
Qualifications required
- 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C including Maths plus GCSE English (or equivalent) at grade D or above
Additional information
- Working days and hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week)
Other Important Information/Benefits
- You will be able to travel to client sites, from Central London up to Wakefield whilst being offered overnight accommodation if required
- If successful within your Apprenticeship, you will also be offered a full time position after completion
