A HSE Officer is required to join a financial services business in Leeds.
Ideally you will be in a similar role currently or have held a relevant H&S role previously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing and supporting ISO14001, ensuring the business gain and maintain the accreditation.
You will be responsible for reviewing the Environmental H&S policies and procedures and ensure they are fit for purpose.
Travel will be required approximately twice a month to another site in the South.
Ideally you will have come from a similar background, either from a small SME or from an FM business.
Additional responsibilities:
-Point of contact for all external parties and corporations
-Responsible for running the H&S committee
-Work closely with other departments to ensure H&s is adhered to accordingly
-Induction of new employees
Ideal qualifications:
-IOSH/NEBOSH
-ISO14001 experience is essential
-Qualification in Environment Management advantageous
