Trainee Finance Manager
Banbury

Start Up Salary £23-£25k depending on experience
Full time position 0830-1700 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch
28 days including Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown

We're searching for a very reliable, bright, highly organised individual who is IT literate and has lots of initiative. The role will have a key involvement in implementation of a new bespoke software management system.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Good literacy and numeracy demonstrated by GSCE A* to C grades or equivalent in Math & English. Proficient using a PC and the Windows Operating System, Web Browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Explorer) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Construction industry related experience / qualifications would be an advantage.

So, what will I actually be doing?

Working with the Operations Manager, your primary job role and responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the Sales Ledgers for the company using the new sales management system. You'll achieve this through completing any tasks appropriate to this goal for your assigned Main Contractors. These tasks include the Monitoring, Recording, Analysing, Actioning, Solving, Communicating, and Reporting of:
* Setting up Main Contractor Profiles
* Submission of Sales Applications to Main Contractors
* Reconciling and allocating sales receipts to applications
* Main Contractor Credit Control and Agreement Meeting Setup/Attendance

In addition to your primary job role you will also be required to support, where appropriate, our Commercial Team such as assisting with the pricing of variations.
