The Job
You will work out of our Matlock offices and is offered on a full time permanent basis.
The Ideal Export Shipping Administrator:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Excellent computer / IT Skills
- Understanding of preparing quotations, packing lists and shipping documents
- Knowledge of database systems for recording enquiries and clients
- Good customer care skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
The Role:
The role will involve working within a busy office dealing with sales and ensuring that all documentation is provided accurately and in a timely manner regarding manifests, packing lists and shipping documents.
A good eye for detail is required as well as being adaptable to cover any additional jobs which will be required of you.
The Company
The company have over 50 years’ experience in removals and relocations and many valued customers return year after year. The Company is well established and also has a Storage facility and an Estate Agents.
