Lead Business Analyst - Banking - Bristol
Based in Bristol, a leading UK Bank is looking for a Lead Business Analyst with the following skills & experience;
* Financial Services experience
* Experience of business and system change
* Knowledge of Soft Systems Methodology would be beneficial
* Operating model analysis experience
* Business design/Operating model design
* Good at problem solving and guiding the business on strategic choices
* Business Architecture experience desirable
The project is to develop the businesses capability to use Remote Advisor (Video Conferencing) to provide an enhanced customer experience within Retail Business Banking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of key business analysis deliverables that are specific to the pilot and helping in the wider project team as required. The project has mobilised and is in the define(study) stage of the lifecycle. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the scope and deliverables produced to date and take the lead on eliciting, validating and managing the detailed requirements through to delivery in the pilot.
