This leading provider of Cloud-based IT Services and Solutions in the South-East of England is recruiting for experienced IT 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a successful Service Delivery Team, providing IT Support for a wide range of customers, both remotely and onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve a variety of IT issues to service targets (remotely and onsite)
- Accurately maintain and update the Helpdesk System
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Build positive relationships with customers
Key Requirements:
- Minimum three years IT experience
- Broad technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure systems (particularly Microsoft)
- Working Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 knowledge
- Office 365 troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong Networking skills ideally CCNA certified (Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc.)
- Proven analytical and logical troubleshooting approach
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Strong drive for high customer service
- Ability/desire to work within a challenging environment
Salaries and Package:
- Basic Salary £23K - £30k per annum (experience dependent)
- 25 Days paid Holiday per annum
- Access to Contributory Pension Scheme
- Excellent working conditions and environment
- Formal technical training and 121 development
General Terms:
- Office-based (Cambridge)
- 40 hours per week, shift system between 08:00- 18:00, Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays (England)
