Acivico Ltd (a multi-disciplinary company wholly owned by Birmingham City Council) is seeking to expand its established and well respected HR Section which provides a range of services to Acivico and Birmingham City Council.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will assist in the development of new HR initiatives to support the business strategy. You will have a professional corporate and cohesive approach to all aspects within the HR function and work on the interpretation and implementation of employment directives, policies and procedures. You are also required to guide and provide direction to managers of the effective implementation of best HR practice.

Required qualifications and experience;
- Fully CIPD qualified
- Commercially astute
- Proven track record of building strong working relationships and maintaining collaborative working with senior management and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills that can be demonstrated through a variety of methods
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Able to make timely pragmatic / informed decisions that take into account : facts, goals, constraints and risks
- Experience leading and advising on project / change management initiatives
- Possess strong analytical skills and ability to facilitate complex cases and HR/MI activities
