Joining our client as a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable and professional reception and switchboard service for visitors, employees and callers into head office. You will also be undertaking other relevant office duties.

The main responsibilities in the receptionist role are to ensure that all visitors have a positive experience, to prepare relevant visitor passes and to receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.

Please note that the contracted working hours are 15 hours per week, Thursday & Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

Please only apply if you have previous experience of working in a front of house reception environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner, ability to build relationships quickly, good prioritisation skills and a high level of computer literacy (including all Microsoft Office programmes).
