Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire

Salary: £16,000 to £20,000 dependant on experience

Benefits: Uncapped Commission with a realistic OTE of £23,000 to £25,000 pa

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

We are expanding our sales force and this will include expanding our Recruitment Services team by adding a Trainee Recruitment Consultant member to our well established team.

The day-to-day duties

• The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be developing new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and Social Media with a view to building pipeline of prospects for BDM Sales and RS Sales teams.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
• Seek out and qualify opportunities in line with company sales methods
• Follow up on marketing campaigns
• Build pipeline of prospects for BDM Sales and RS Sales teams.
• Record information in CRM for reporting and self-analysis.
• Attend internal sales and product sessions
• Book in appointments for BDM or Recruitment Services
• Hand over information for BDM and/or Presales to attend meeting.
• Stay up to date with software and recruitment market (industry and competitors)
• The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be trained to follow the company sales method
