Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £20,155 - £29,037 per annum: Qualified Lecturer: £23,178 - £33,340 per annum

The successful candidate will be a member of a team of over 300 academic and business support staff. CEMAST is looking to recruit an outstanding Lecturer in Engineering who is an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual capable of supporting delivery of engineering qualifications across the curriculum range from level 3 through to HNC and HND. You will be expected to be able to teach theoretical sessions with a specialism towards engineering mathematics up to level 5 which will include thermodynamics and Fluid mechanics.

The successful candidate will be passionate about their industry whilst having the ambition of passing on their knowledge and experience to the future generation of engineers. You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills and the ability to covey industry standard information and ideas in a clear, concise and engaging manner.

Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer. Fareham College will offer free teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession.
