Due to continuing growth, this company is looking to expand their family to include an Administration Assistant to support their HR and Payroll department. To begin with they would require the role to be taken over 2 days, Monday and Tuesday 8am to 4pm, however, this is a brand new position with fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and could potentially require more hours should the role grow as they expect.
Role requirements:
- Maintain and amend records on Company system where appropriate.
- Process absence paperwork, return to work interviews and fit notes and log on spreadsheet, highlighting any concerns to HR Manager.
- Process new starter packs, checking that offer letter and systems are accurate and update new starter spreadsheet.
- Using Templates, create new contracts for new starters and role change amendments for current employees.
- Scan in to HR system all documents that are processed via "Blue Bags" from other departments.
- Process file note information and disciplinary outcomes on the HR Spreadsheet,
- Update new starters and leaver system where necessary.
- Send out HR Paperwork to Senior team where necessary.
- Post adverts using online systems and send login details to Managers when required.
- Using template letters, issue reference letters for ex-employee's and current employees.
- Support Payroll Assistant when necessary with month end duties such as photocopying Business Updates and organising P60's for all employees.
- Send out all Pay slips and regular monthly communication either via Managers or posted to the employee directly.
- Assist with Company charity fundraising activities
- Undertake any other duties considered by the company to be within the Admin Assistants' remit.
