Office Administration Assistant

We are looking for a personable, self-motivated individual for this Macclesfield based role. Previous experience of asset/motor finance would be preferable but full training will be given by way of practical experience.

You will have excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone, as you will be required to work with people at all levels, including our clients. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering a high quality support service. High attention to detail along with accuracy is a must as we deal with sensitive customer information

Requirements:

  • Computer literate experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel essential
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Enjoy working in team environment

Salary: Competitive depending on experience
