Area Cleaning Supervisor - Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor preferably who has worked for a service provider and understands how service providers run efficiently. Ideally you will have experience within Bus Operations. The successful candidate will need to ensure the emerging needs of the business are met and will be managing a team of internal and external professionals, in the delivery of the cleaning service.
Salary up to GBP25,000
Permanent
Location Midlands and surrounding areas
Including but not limited to;
• Managing the cleaning services
• Experience in carrying out Audits
• Multi-site remit up to 50 sites
• Candidate must come from a Bus/Rail background
• Preferably someone who has covered multiple clients
• Excellent people management; training and developing employees
• Previous experience working for a leading FM provider
The ideal candidate;
• IOSH preferable
• Must hold BIC's
• Must hold a clean drivers license
