We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At CPM we are currently looking for a Quality Executive to join us at our contact centre in Thame. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.

About the Quality Executive role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly successful team here in Thame for our Automotive client Kia!

As the Quality Executive for Kia you will be the quality expert for the team and will be responsible for identifying areas of concern and driving measurable improvements against predefined qualitative areas and targets. You will be required to support the Team Leaders with the coaching and development of the team members and will ensure that they work in conjunction with CPM’s and Client quality approved frameworks and systems. You will also be required to conduct and attend call levelling sessions to ensure a consistent approach within the team and the Contact Centre in general.

What we’re looking for in our Quality Executive

- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service

- Experience of people development, mentoring, coaching is essential

- Be computer literate with a basic knowledge of ‘office’ applications

- Be passionate about developing people to achieve the best results

- Experience of working in a customer focussed environment essential

- Have a proactive approach to problem solving

- Have a professional outlook, self-confident with a ‘can do’ attitude

Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week

- Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 9pm (Shifts)

- Sat 9am – 1pm (1 in 5)
