About the role

We are seeking two self-motivated and organised HR Advisors to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to our managers and staff; one role is offered on a permanent contract whilst the other is a maternity cover.

As an HR Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for our committed managers and staff.  You will be based within a busy team that provide generalist HR support and ensures operational delivery of the full range of HR services. In your new role, you will manage a full range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases. 

This could be your chance to make an impact and positively influence our newly formed HR Advice team.

About you

To be the right person for our team, you will be Level 5 CIPID qualified with a good working knowledge of employment law. You will have dealt with a high volume of cases including experience of managing a wide range of employee relations cases. Additionally, you will have good relationship building skills, in conjunction with the ability to coach and challenge managers to influence behaviour and thinking.

We are a really flexible organisation and welcome interest from you if you would like to work part time in these roles. The full time hours are 37.5 hours per week. However, you will need to have a willingness to occasionally travel to support the manager based within our services.
