Revive Recruitment, Chester are supporting an expanding, reputable business within the Automotive sector with their permanent recruitment of Hire Advisor. POSITION: Hire Advisor
LOCATION: Chester
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and 1:4 Saturday or Sunday 9:00am - 4:00pm
You will be joining a busy team managing your own caseload of requests for hires and to ensure requests are worked timely and effectively.
The position will consist of:
• Arrange the delivery of replacement hire vehicles to clients
• Sourcing vehicles from alternative suppliers to meet client's needs as and when required
• Constantly updating clients on the progress of their hire
• Liaising effectively with the Claims department regarding the status of the clients hire and arranging suitable vehicles
• Updating the clients file with relevant information using the bespoke CRM system
• Co-ordinating the deliveries and collections of vehicles
• Keeping all relevant paperwork for vehicle and licensing files up to date with accuracy
• To ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
Skills and Experience required to apply:
• A high level of organisation.
• Exceptional communication skills, display good listening skills, showing empathy and being assertive.
• Able to build rapport and establish relationships.
• Previous customer service experience of working within a telephony environment is essential.
• Proficient with PC skills.
• Capable of gathering, organising and managing information.
• Experience of working in a fasted paced environment, working within a contact centre is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to multi-task & deal with several actions/ cases simultaneously.
• Able to accurately input data and report information.
• Team working and working to tight deadlines.
• Be eager to learn showing a positive, proactive, can do approach.
• Must be a Driver or currently learning to drive.
