As the Delivery Consultant, you will be supporting a busy perms desk which specialises within the Engineering sector typically placing professionals into manufacturing & FMCG clients nationally. You will be responsible for looking after accounts that generate roughly GBP300k in fees per year, your day to day responsibilities will include:
*generating candidates through various mediums
*gauging and qualifying the interest of candidates
*meeting with and interviewing candidates
*producing detailed profiles for all suitable candidates
*speaking directly with clients regarding suitable candidates
*arranging interviews and providing detailed feedback to clients and candidates
While you will have some client interactions, you are not responsible for new business development or sales. You will be supported with instant access to an impressive database which is well maintained and regularly cleansed, access to LinkedIn Premium, generous marketing and advertising budget and the support of having one of the most active websites in the industry with high volumes of traffic on a daily basis.
