We are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator for a South West based House Builders. You must have previous experience in working for a Developers/ House Builders and have the following skillset;
?? Technical support to land viability
?? Planning application / discharge of planning conditions
?? Consultant appointment
?? Health and Safety procedures and CDM
?? Engineering
?? Architectural layouts and detailing
?? Scrutiny of technical reports
?? Support to solicitors and conveyancing
?? Tendering / appointment / coordination of services
?? Postal info
?? Section agreements
?? Building Regs including SAPS / EPC / Air test
?? The tracking of project fees
?? Technical support to other teams and on site issues
?? Project meetings
Good remuneration as well as benefits package and bonus structure.
