JOB TITLE: Customer Service Specialist
SALARY: GBP15,000 - GBP17,000 per annum, depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Design Solutions company and leading provider of 3D printing solutions within the UK and Ireland. They require a an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team as a 3D Print Consumable Specialist working out of their busy Stoke-on-Trent based office.
THE ROLE: 3D Print is an exciting and dynamic growth market, and this role could provide a starting point for further career development opportunities as the business expands. Please note this isn't a telesales role, but sales experience, a professional telephone manner, confident communication and excellent customer service skills would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities of the 3D Print Consumable Specialist role to include:-
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background. You will have a commercial awareness, be confident making recommendations and exploring new business opportunities. Previous experience in the 3D Print industry is not essential as full product training will be provided for the right candidate.
