Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: South Woodham Ferrers, Essex

Salary: Competitive

Position: Permanent, Flexible hours either Full Time or Part Time

The company has been designing and building very high end timber garden rooms and joinery products for 30 years and has earned an impressive reputation for outstanding design and superior quality.

They are looking for an office assistant to support our existing workforce as well as manage their own responsibilities. This role may suit an enthusiastic school leaver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stationery orders.
  • Workwear orders.
  • Meet & greet clients.
  • Open and distribute post and maintain franking machine.
  • Update spreadsheets, charts and documents.
  • Help create/maintain internal documentation eg desktop processes.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members.
  • Liaise with telephone, alarm and IT system maintenance suppliers when necessary.

The Candidate:

  • Should be a professional and enthusiastic team player.
  • Should be able to use basic Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel.

This role is based in their South Woodham Ferrers office.
