Digital Marketing Executive - CRM & Social

Due to continued expansion, the UK’s fastest growing ecommerce retailer in its sector is looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their elite team of marketing professionals.

The Knaresborough, Harrogate based business operates in the home and heating category and offers a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious digital executive that is keen to grow and develop their skills across the entire digital landscape.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the groups email marketing and CRM strategy, working closely with the design manager and wider marketing team to execute an effective email and nurture programme

• Analyse and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns in order to optimise and drive continued growth from the channel

• Take ownership of the groups social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, G+ and LinkedIn, working with the wider marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and activity

• Working with the wider marketing team, play a key role in the execution of a content marketing and outreach strategy through social media and digital PR channels in order to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the group’s websites


Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (client side or agency)

• Excellent understanding of email marketing platforms and CRM systems

• Excellent understanding of social media channels and functions

• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics

• Competent with Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of SEO and Paid Search advantageous
