Job Title: Group HR Officer

Location: Northampton, with occasional travel to other sites

Salary: £20,132 - £22,203

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Group HR Officer to support the HR Manager and corporate team in driving the business forward.

Job Role:

This is a varied HR role, an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to gain further experience within their HR career. You will be integral to the recruitment process, responsible for managing our recruitment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for employee administration, conducting payroll on a monthly basis, reporting on absences, working on disciplinary matters as necessary and supporting employees on maternity related matters.

The Group HR Officer will also be responsible for a diverse range of general tasks, including overseeing staff rotas, assisting with employee pay queries, monitoring employee benefits, project work and much more.

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Group HR Officer vacancy, you must demonstrate sound experience working within HR, whether it be as a HR Assistant, Administrator or Advisor. The role needs someone who is creative, fast, and can think outside of the box. The company are looking for someone who can work at a very high speed and is very swift, systematic and methodical. You will be proficient in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have experience using HR systems. Experience using Kronos time management software is desirable but not essential.
