Join our team! Be a Support Worker with United Response in Batheaston
We are currently recruiting a new team of Support Workers for our new Supported Living service in Batheaston where you will be supporting 2 young men in their own home. As part of the team you will be required to carry out sleep-in duties and cover evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
A car driver is desirable but not essential.

Making it happen- Your Role
You will be joining a team which supports people with serious physical and mental health disabilities, predominantly within their own homes. Our aim is to give the people you will be supporting as much control over their own lives as possible.
This is a responsible Role which is really varied, can be challenging and is extremely rewarding. the job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices.
On a daily basis, you may be involved in supporting people with the following activities:
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Washing
- Managing finances
- Personal care
- Attending Drs/ hospital appointments
- Shopping and socialising
