Are you a Cyber Security Specialist, with experience of leading a small team of Security Analysts, ideally within a SOC / Security Operations Centre? Do you have a good understanding of security tools / SIEM tools, and experience of driving operational improvements? If so, apply now for this new role based in Central Bristol.
A fast-growing technology driven business is looking to improve the service delivered by their relatively newly implemented SOC. The SOC Manager / Cyber Security Manager will lead a small team of SOC Analysts to ensure the most effective management of all security threats, vulnerabilities and events.
Cyber security is of paramount importance to the business, and they are now looking to take the capability of the SOC to the next level. The role will suit a proactive Security Specialist, with the ability to identify opportunities for service improvements across the team, and to implement them into the live environment.
The successful SOC Manager / Security Operation Manager / Cyber Security Manager will have the following skills and experience:
*A deep knowledge of the fundamentals of Cyber Security
*Experience leading security engineers / security analysts, ideally within a SOC
*Knowledge of SIEM tools eg ArcSight, LogRhythm etc
*Business process and service improvement
As well as improving the overall service delivered by the SOC, the SOC Manager will also provide leadership to a small team of analysts in their day to day roles.
