PA to the Chief Executive
25,992 per annum, 36.5 hours per week
This trust is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive. This key role lies at the heart of the Trust and will also be responsible for coordination and support to the Trustees and Governors. Responsibilities will include diary management, taking minutes, organisation of meetings, composing letters and in general dealing with information of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
The successful candidate will have experience of working as a senior PA at executive level. You will need to be competent in minute-taking, have excellent organisation skills, be adaptable and possess good IT skills. The ability to deal with people sensitively and work with discretion and adhere to confidentiality is also essential.
