FT3007 - Affiliate Manager
FINTEC recruit is seeking an Affiliate Manager for our Engineering FMCG client based in Colchester. This is a permanent position with a salary of £30-35k depending on experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness across all markets (UK and international)
- Identifying and cultivating top affiliates and develop incentive programmes
- Creating regular promotions for affiliates
- Developing affiliate recruitment
- Maximising new customer acquisition through the affiliate channel
- Maximising quality and yield
- Coaching Country Managers in affiliate marketing
- Establishing cross country reporting and clear roadmap for improvements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in affiliate marketing (either agency or client side)
- Education to degree level
- Numbers driven with strong Excel skills
- Affinity to sports nutrition and/or fitness an advantage
