The company is looking for enthusiastic, committed and focused individuals to join their successful in-house training scheme, which is now in its seventh year. Applications are invited from those who are keen to learn all aspects of a progressive Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation.

The Training Scheme is an ideal first step on the career ladder. Training will be given in all of the departments (Logistics, Overland & Ocean) as well as in Customs, Sales and Credit Control. Personal Development training will also be given together with the opportunity to achieve an industry specific qualification. The training scheme has been running for seven years, with many of the original trainees is key positions.

The business is all about the customer and therefore it is essential that you have previous work experience gained in a customer facing environment. In addition, the ideal candidates will be confident, effective communicators, adaptable and with the drive and determination to develop a career within the industry. You should either be working towards your degree, already graduated or have 3 A Levels grades A - C.

Commencement date is Tuesday 5th September which will be a residential induction at their Head Office in Coleshill, West Midlands.

Starting salary: Graduate - £18,000, A Level - £15,000. Plus an additional £1,500 salary increment every six months during training upon successful completion of competencies. This is a two year fixed term contract with a view to permanent employment.
