I am seeking a strong Senior Site Manager to work within one of the nations premier housing developers. You will be an integral part of the management team on a flagship development in Bedfordshire on a complex development comprising of a mixture of Steel Frame flats and Traditional Build desirable homes.
Ideal skills and qualifications:
· SMSTS Card
· Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager on projects over 100 units
· First aid Qualified
· NHBC/LABC award winner (desirable)
· Ambitious and hands on approach to projects
· Solid work history
· Some experience within high-spec, large sized housing projects
· Trade background is advantageous
