BOARD MEMBER OPPORTUNITIES
Location: Stockton-on-Tees (North East)
Based in Stockton-on-Tees, our client comprises Endeavour, Teesdale and Darlington Housing Association's, and owns and manages over 4,000 homes across the North East.
A successful and ambitious business, they are now looking to recruit two board members who are strategic thinkers and enthusiastic about working collaboratively to help them to achieve their future plans. At least as importantly, applicants will need to demonstrate strong business skills, balanced with an appreciation of their social purpose, a genuine empathy with their customers and an ambition to drive the business forward.
We are seeking two people who have knowledge and skills in the following:
- Accountancy - someone with up to date skills, knowledge and experience who can also sit on the Group Audit Committee.
- Health and Social Care - ideally someone who has very recent and/or current experience in this setting with a good understanding of Government's agenda and how it relates to housing.
Remuneration of £3,329 per annum and expenses paid.
