The estate agency is a multi-award winning family run business with three offices based in the South Manchester Area. They are searching for a proactive, dynamic and highly motivated Valuer / Sales Manager that has the skills or potential talent to continue to drive the successful business forward due to the senior director looking to take semi-retirement.

Job Role:

• Continue to drive the business forward
• Carry out market appraisals on properties between £200,000 to £3 million
• Lead and work with a small team of negotiators
• To take the responsibility in developing, motivating and creating a name for themselves as a property expert
• To implement strategies as agreed with the executive team
• Look for new potential business

Key Requirements:

• A proven track record in sales
• Ability to manage a team to drive success
