Now, they are looking for an HR Admin Assistant to join their dedicated team in Egham.

Working from the purpose-built Egham site, you’ll join 170 personnel within the 50,000 square foot centre. As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be tasked with providing a comprehensive HR administrative service to our client. 

Specifically, you will support the HR Manager in the delivery of a high quality human resources service and support the Senior Leadership Team in their day-to-day customer-facing activities which will include dealing with hospitality for VIP clients.

Your role will include capturing absence data and processing absence forms, logging unpaid leave, providing ad hoc absence reporting, and assisting with resource planning activities. 

Other duties will include: 

- Producing pension letters as instructed 
- Acting as the liaison for the temp agency in the absence of your Line Manager 
- Assisting with new starters and induction activities 
- Supporting recruitment activity 
- Sending and logging DBS and credit checks 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- Admin experience 
- Strong IT skills including experience of using the Microsoft Office suite of programmes 

Eager and willing to learn and develop, as an HR Admin Assistant, you will also need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines is also key. 

A CIPD Level three qualification would be beneficial to your application, however this is by no means essential.
