We are a small, but perfectly formed, boutique agency, based in the centre of Altrincham, looking for a brilliant Administrator , starting June 2017. This is a pivotal role within our team.
- First point of contact for all calls into the office, taking and transferring calls or taking messages
- Receiving and allocating out of CVs to Consultants on a daily basis
- Extensive diary management for 4 Consultant’s
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Typing and formatting of CVs and references
- Updating of company website and Social Media
- Some payroll administration
- Dealing with the post
- Ordering of stationery
- Filing
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Excellent typing skills
- Previous administration skills
- Professional and cheerful telephone manner
- Able to work in a busy environment with often changing priorities
- Knowledge of social media and website administration
- Excellent sense of humour is essential, together with the ability to pick things up quickly and juggle a number of things at once.
