We are a small, but perfectly formed, boutique agency, based in the centre of Altrincham, looking for a brilliant Administrator , starting  June 2017. This is a pivotal role within our team.

  • First point of contact for all calls into the office, taking and transferring calls or taking messages
  • Receiving and allocating out of CVs to Consultants on a daily basis
  • Extensive diary management for 4 Consultant’s
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Typing and formatting of CVs and references
  • Updating of company website and Social Media
  • Some payroll administration
  • Dealing with the post
  • Ordering of stationery
  • Filing

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Excellent typing skills
  • Previous administration skills
  • Professional and cheerful telephone manner
  • Able to work in a busy environment with often changing priorities
  • Knowledge of social media and website administration
  • Excellent sense of humour is essential, together with the ability to pick things up quickly and juggle a number of things at once.
