RGN - Full Time Night or Part Time day Registered Nurse - Bath (BA2)
Our clients are a Christian charity dedicated to providing support for older people and their carers in their home by the river in Bath. Its primary aim has been to develop a residential and nursing home which offers high quality of care for those who become residents. The care provided places a high price on maintenance of dignity, the right to privacy and the encouragement of independence.
They are looking to recruit a Registered General Nurse
Key responsibilities:
- monitoring the health of service users
- liaising with health professionals
- administering medication
Quality and Standards
- The nurse will deliver the qualities and standards inherent in the profession and in compliance with the NMC's Code of Professional Conduct.
- The nurse will develop effective and efficient interventions while promoting team work and collaborative working.
- Post Holder will deliver the actions that maintain agreed standards of care at our client's home.
- The post holder will represent the professional integrity of our clients at all times.
- The post holder will be familiar with all the company's policies and procedures and will be expected to deliver
The position is full time nights or Part Time Days.
Pay is GBP15-17 per hour, dependant on experience and qualifications, Extra GBP1 an hour at weekends.
